The flag of the Association of the Morissette families was broken for the first time at the Year 2000 Gathering held in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC, in front of almost 200 members and visitors. It is André Morissette, the organizer of the Year 2000 Gathering and a proud descendant of the ancestors Mathurin Morisset and Elisabeth Coquin, who initiated this project and produced this tool of pride for the worldwide Morissettes.
