Rimouski’s Brunch of 1995
A first brunch was organized by Raymond Morissette on September 24, 1995 at Rimouski, QC to verify the interest of Morissettes to create and participate in a family Association. The answer of the 175 participants was favourable and lead to the creation of a temporary Board of directors on June 15, 1996.
Mont-Joli’s Brunch of 2000
A second brunch was organized by Raymond and Paul-Aimé Morissette on October 22, 2000 in Mont-Joli, QC to enable to all Morissette’s of that region to meet, discuss and honour key persons who marked their time by their social and economic implication. Women were honoured to remind everyone that without mothers we would not be present today. It was also an occasion to inform the 98 people present of the evolution of their family Association and of the upcoming trip to France in September 2001.
